We offer free domestic shipping within the USA on orders of $100 USD or more. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied.


We calculate shipping cost based on the weight of package and destination based on distance from our studio in Maryland. We currently ship with USPS. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We strive to ensure every order reaches our customers safely. However, we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Surroundings: Look around your delivery location for the package. Sometimes carriers leave packages in hidden or secure areas or at leasing offices. 
  2. Contact the Carrier: Reach out to the mail carrier to check if additional information is available.
  3. Notify Us Immediately: Contact us as soon as possible. Please email us at and we will be happy to help. 

To prevent potential issues, please ensure your shipping address is correct and that your delivery location is secure. If you have concerns about your package being lost or stolen, please contact us before placing your order. We can arrange for your package to be delivered with a confirmation signature for added security. Please note that additional fees may apply for this service.



Our system notifies us when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. If the purchase is considered to be potentially fraudulent, the buyer will be contacted immediately and may be required to confirm identity. We are not able to ship until confirming the purchase with the customer. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause however this policy is in place to protect you.


If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged product are helpful.
